QUALIFICATIONS

Mr. Khayesi holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors degree (LLB) from Moi University and is a holder of Diploma in Law, from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Licensed Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner for Oaths. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Certified Public Secretary.

Mr. Khayesi has specialized expertise in commercial and corporate law practice, with particular expertise in intellectual property asset finance, corporate governance, equipment leasing, capital markets transactions, energy, corporate advice, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and private equity
