I have in depth knowledge of technology in the financial sector and a vast experience in contract negotiations, regulatory due diligence and general advisory for IT contracts. I have worked closely with financial services institutions and Government institutions for over five years. I have developed a good understanding of the regulatory policies governing financial institutions and how they are affected by digital disruption in the industry.

I continuously advise clients on the legal implications arising from cyber security incidents to ensure preventive policies are put in place to mitigate cyber threats and how to handle the inter related impact of such incidents. 

Over the years I have gained experience in other practice areas including corporate and commercial, banking & finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and real estate.
