I am Kenyan lawyer shrewd corporate lawyer competent to manage the company’s legal affairs and requirements and to guarantee that it is moving towards meeting its mission and vision. I have a wide experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt listings, joint ventures as well as unions and structural organizations. Part of my objective is to comply with all corporate obligations such as licensing, taxes, zoning laws and property rights. I have a vast experience in regulatory and recovery transactions and very familiar with partnership, trusts and regulatory laws. Armed with these competencies and God's grace, I am very confident that I will meet my objectives for any organisation. Equally armed to the task on succession and trust matters with passion. Having practiced in Rwanda extensively and currently in Kenya I bring vast expertise in terms of jurisprudence and sharing the best legal practices across the EAC.
